Casumo investor adds onboarding start-up to its portfolio
Regily currently provides customer registration services to LeoVegas, Casumo and Wunderino

Venture capital group and Casumo investor, A Group of Friends (AGOF), has acquired a SEK 10m (£839,401) stake in onboarding and registration services company Regily.
The Stockholm-based tech firm currently provides onboarding services to LeoVegas, Casumo and Wunderino, with more operators signed recently.
Speaking to EGR, AGOF co-founder Nicolai Chamizo said: “Some of our portfolio companies are using them and we have seen great results, so it’s a great way for us to forge synergies between our companies.”
Chamizo said Regily was looking for further investors to help grow the business that was established two years ago.
Christian Karlsson, CCO at Regily, said the process of onboarding customers has been an untapped area within the online gambling industry.
“Our partners that have started to use the Regily framework have on average increased their conversion rate by 17%,” Karlsson said.
“With higher conversion the business will see their bottom line increase significant.”
Regily helps reduce the amount of form-filling required at the sign-up phase.
In September AGOF acquired a 20% stake in the London-based slots developer Push Gaming, after starting its online casino portfolio with a stake in Casumo in February 2018.
