
Chelsea and Parimatch launch ‘The Chosen Ones’ ad campaign
Europewide marketing tie-up feature three Blues players inspired by the King Arthur legend ‘The Sword in the Stone’

Champions League holders Chelsea and their official partner, Parimatch Tech, have launched an ad campaign featuring the club’s Spanish internationals, Marcos Alonso and César Azpilicueta, and Brazil international captain Thiago Silva.
‘The Chosen Ones’ is inspired by the Arthurian Legends, namely ‘The Sword in the Stone,’ with the high-octane ad produced by Electric Sheep Film from their studio in Kyiv, Ukraine.
In the 60-second short, a series of muscle-bound characters fail to remove a gold football that has crashed to earth, before Azpilicueta manages to dislodge the glowing orb from the stone with one decisive kick.
Parimatch Tech CCO Katarina Amirkhanova said: “The campaign revolves around the idea of how the past, the present and the future are intertwined. Chelsea FC’s players are the true ‘chosen ones’ – a fitting title for the current Champions of Europe.”
