Cloudbet adds three new cryptocurrencies to offering
Operator takes total crypto stable to nine currencies with plans to add more in the future
Crypto-first operator Cloudbet has added three new cryptocurrencies to its offering, bringing the total number of currencies the site supports to nine.
The casino and sportsbook operator has added Link, Pax and Dai to the site following the additions of USD Tether, USD Coin and Pax Gold from earlier in the year.
Link is currently worth £8.90 per coin, while Pax and Dai are both worth £0.76 per coin.
As part of a customer activation for the arrival of the three new cryptocurrencies, Cloudbet will offer customers from each respective coin community a welcome bonus worth up to 100 Link, 1,000 Pax or 1,000 Dai.
With the six new coins added this year, paired with existing options in the shape of bitcoin, bitcoin cash and ethereum, Cloudbet noted that the site now collectively accounts for around 80% of the total market for cryptocurrencies.
Cloudbet went on to hint that there would be further additions to its cryptocurrency stable in the future.
A Cloudbet spokesperson said: “We’re making good on the pledge we made back in April when we introduced Tether; to add features and coins that matter to our customers and the crypto community. That’s our main priority, and we’re not done yet.”
