ComeOn acquires Finland-facing casino
CO-Gaming purchases Suomikasino.com from white-label partner Frontloop Media

Malta-based CO-Gaming, operator of ComeOn.com, has acquired Finland-facing casino Suomikasino.com for an undisclosed amount, eGaming Review has learned.
The deal sees ComeOn take full control of Suomikasino from previous owners Frontloop Media, which had been operating the brand via a white-label deal with ComeOn.
eGR understands Suomikasino had been generating monthly revenues of approximately 250,000 and ComeOn hopes to grow the brand with a more aggressive marketing plan.
“We have worked with Frontloop Media for three years as a platform provider to their site Suomikasino.com, and this is a natural next step for both parties,” Hans Martin Nakkim, ComeOn head of new business and B2B, told eGR.
“Finland is an important market for ComeOn but it is not where we have had the most success so we hope Suomikasino can help turn our fortunes around in the market,” he added.
While the deal will not involve any transfer of staff, the Frontloop management team will work closely with ComeOn until at least the end of the year to ensure a smooth handover.
ComeOn will continue to power Frontloop’s other brand Mobilbet.com, which launched last summer.
Nakkim also confirmed the operator was still on the look-out for a new chief executive, after Nakkim stepped down from the role earlier this year.
