Crucial Compliance unveils safer gambling-led player protection system
New RG platform draws on behaviour management and markers of harm among gamblers

Crucial Compliance has launched a new white-label real-time player protection platform to help operators identify instances of gambling-related harm among players.
The platform, known as Crucial Player Protection (CPP), uses behavioural-based monitoring of players as well as pre-set markers of harm to identify at-risk consumers, and aims to be a one-stop shop for operators.
It is designed to adapt to changing regulation in all markets and can be tailored to each product vertical across a single player view regardless of brand.
CPP also includes a full suite of player management tools to provide compliance teams with the information to manage and interact with players at scale.
In addition, the CPP platform provides full tracking and an audit trail of operator actions for reporting purposes in a single interface.
Operators can purchase the whole service outright or pick specific parts to integrate with their respective pre-existing compliance software as required.
“We see a shift in the global gambling industry towards a more sustainable way of conducting business,” said Crucial Compliance CEO Paul Foster. “Player protection is no longer a ‘nice to have’ but an essential part of any business model.
“With regulators often retrospectively changing their expectations, it is important that operators have an easy solution to track customer behaviour and interact in the right way at the right time. This software allows you to do just that,” Foster added.
