Enteractive strikes player reactivation deal with GiG
Flagship GiG brands Rizk, Guts and Kaboo to launch on Enteractive’s (Re)Activation Cloud to engage inactive players

Enteractive has secured a deal with Gaming Innovation Group (GiG) which will see GiG’s gaming brands Rizk, Guts and Kaboo integrated onto Enteractive’s player reactivation platform.
Through this partnership via Enteractive’s (Re)Activation Cloud service, which is powered by human interaction, GiG will enhance its reactivation efforts when it comes to lapsed customers.
This is facilitated by having conversations on the brands’ behalf and utilising interactions with empathy and awareness of human complexity.
As the cloud service is driven by human interaction, Enteractive says its tool surpasses that of an automated service, which could lack the emotional intelligence to tap into the inactive player base.
GiG’s core brands join Enteractive’s reactivation portfolio, which already includes operators such as Betsson Group, Kindred Group and Casumo.
Ross Parkhill, director of B2C casino at GiG, said: “We expanded our partnership with Enteractive’s reactivation cloud to cover all brands and markets. Their responsible approach, the ease of integration and a solid ROI make this partnership one which we see adding value well into the future.”
Mikael Hansson, CEO and founder of Enteractive, added: “We are delighted that GiG has selected us to assist them in further strengthening their focus on their great B2C brands Rizk, Guts and Kaboo. We look forward to helping them achieve their targets through the deployment of our tools.”
