Exclusive: Genius Sports inks sportsbook data deal with Betsul in Brazil
The firm will provide its pre-match, live trading, risk and streaming solution to the operator
Genius Sports has entered into a new partnership with Latam sportsbook operator Betsul to provide multiple services in Brazil, EGR can exclusively reveal.
Betsul will have access to Genius Sports’ full suite of data-driven solutions as well as giving the operator full flexibility over its sportsbook.
This new partnership includes Genius Sports’ portfolio of Brazilian content which compromises of live streams on football, futsal, basketball, volleyball and beach volleyball competitions, including the Brazilian National Basketball League (LNB) and Liga Nacional de Futsal.
The data provider will also provide Betsul with official data through its other international partnerships, including the English Premier League, Liga Bancomer MX, the Argentine Primera División and the Colombian Dimayor League.

The Brazilian market is currently in the process of finalising its licensing criteria. H2 Gambling Capital has estimated that gross gambling revenue (GGR) in the region could reach $1bn (£797.97m) by 2026.
The deal sees Genius Sports make further inroads into the Latam market after putting pen to paper on a similar partnership with Mexican operator Grupo Caliente.
