Exclusive: Kofert to move upstairs in Pokerstrategy.com reshuffle
Damian Sokol named new CEO of Pokerstrategy.com while Kofert will remain involved through new role as etruvian CEO.

Former Pokerstrategy.com chief executive Dominik Kofert is set to take on a new role as CEO of the affiliate’s parent company etruvian, eGaming Review can confirm.
Kofert (pictured), who founded the poker affiliate site and community in 2007, will remain involved in Pokerstrategy’s activities from his new vantage point, while he will also oversee the work done by financial trading school tradimo, which was launched late last year.
Pokerstrategy.com will now be headed up by former chief B2B officer Damian Sokol, while Sebastian Kuhnert will take on the role of tradimo.com CEO.
etruvian’s goal is to build a network of online education communities on a multitude of topics, benefiting from a combination of technology, knowledge and shared resources not explicitly restricted to gambling sector. The company has recently launched its health, nutrition and fitness-focused community, Feelgood.
Kofert told eGR that, as well as his involvement with etruvian’s existing portfolio, he will be “closely involved in… the new verticals that we plan to launch,” however he did not go into further detail on these future plans.
Aside from PokerStrategy.com and tradimo, etruvian’s activities currently include the production of a customer service benchmark for online poker sites through consulting arm etruvian Consulting. The inaugural version was released in November, with PokerStars securing top spot.
