Flutter Entertainment seals Singular purchase
Dublin-headquartered operator adds B2B software provider to ecosystem in undisclosed deal

Flutter Entertainment has flexed its M&A muscles by completing the all-share purchase of B2B software provider Singular.
Singular offers both igaming and sports betting B2B solutions and will now be onboarded into the Flutter ecosystem.
The financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
Singular already serves as the software provider for Flutter’s Adjarabet brand in Georgia, Europe and inked a five-year extension to its partnership in March 2021.
Crowe UK and Partis Capital acted as advisers to Singular’s shareholders throughout the process.
Darko Gacov, Singular co-founder, said: “This deal is a huge recognition of Singular and what we managed to build, and it furthermore sets the foundation of an exciting next chapter.
“We look forward to exploring new challenges and opportunities, now being a part of the largest online betting and gaming company in the world,” he added.
Matteo Timpani, Crowe UK corporate finance partner, commented: “The company and culture that the Singular shareholders managed to create is an amazing achievement.
“We look forward to watching both Singular and Flutter flourish following this important strategic acquisition and wish them every success in the future.”
