Former Cherry CEO Fredrik Burvall joins Enteractive board
Malta-based retention solution provider assists operators in reactivating churned players

Former Cherry CEO Fredrik Burvall has joined the board of directors for retention solution provider Enteractive.
Burvall stood down from his position as group CEO for Cherry earlier this year, after leading the acquisition of the group’s igaming brand ComeOn.
The Malta-based Enteractive helps operators reactivate churned players through one-to-one phone calls.
After 10 years at Cherry, Burvall said he believes reactivation will be the next big thing in online gambling as more markets become re-regulated and taxed locally.
“Most operators are focusing on taking in new customers but forget to focus on the existing customer base, especially the inactive players,” he added.
Enteractive CEO Mikael Hansson said: “Fredrik has an impressive track record within the betting and gaming industry, and his addition to our Board of Directors is a major coup for us.”
Burvall was also appointed to the board of supplier Aspire Global in July.
