Full Tilt officially begins hiring
New company, Rational FT Services, advertises for a number of marketing and IT jobs ahead of the operator's relaunch.

The technology, marketing and consulting company for Full Tilt Poker has begun advertising a number of jobs as the operator gears up for a relaunch in October or November this year.
Rational FT Services (RFTS), a new company whose offices are in the same Cherrywood Science & Technology Park in Dublin which housed FTP’s marketing company Pocket Kings when the poker site was last operational, lists two marketing jobs (promotions manager and product business analyst) as well as several IT-related posts.
RFTS manages the websites and online gaming offerings of Full Tilt Poker, as well as handling media partnerships, player interactions and game integrity issues. Its responsibilities include “Oversee[ing] the on-going commercial relationships with television networks, the press, online media providers, creative agencies and other media outlets.”
Following its 31 July settlement with the United States Department of Justice, and the subsequent payment of an initial US$225m to the DoJ, PokerStars announced last month that Full Tilt would reopen “no later than” 6 November.
Full Tilt’s poker room manager Shyam Markus has spent the intervening period addressing player queries on the Two Plus Two poker forum, most recently confirming that the Onyx Cup series of high-stakes poker tournaments would not be resurrected after its planned launch was interrupted by Black Friday.
Upon its relaunch, Full Tilt Poker will be active in most markets worldwide, with notable exceptions being the six dot.country markets where PokerStars currently holds a licence: Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, France, Italy and Spain.
