Bingo operator latest to release downloadable app for all Android devices
GalaBingo.com has become the latest online gaming operator to launch its app on the newly open to gambling Google Play Store.
The app has been made available as a free download on all Android devices following Google’s announcement that it has started to accept gambling apps on its Play Store from August 1 2017.
Brand director Angus Nisbet said: “We were really excited when we heard that Google would start accepting gambling apps in its store.
“With so many people owning an android device in the UK, we knew that this was a big opportunity for us to enter the android market.
“The launch of our new android app will allow us to reach our existing players, as well as attracting new players.”
Gala Bingo joins a number of other firms in the Play Store including SB&G, which has rolled out its full suite of apps on the store including sports, casino and poker and 888, which has made its 888sport, 888casino and Wink Bingo brands available.
