Genting’s 39 UK casinos to support responsible gambling with three-month SlotGuru partnership
Genting Casinos has announced plans to promote the SlotGuru app to customers across its 39 UK casinos during the next three months to try and protect players from problem gambling behaviours.
The SlotGuru app give players key information on slot games, including volatility and chances of winning, so they have more control over their experience.
According to its website, SlotGuru “increases player engagement and satisfaction, while reducing the likelihood of players developing problem gambling issues, all through education and awareness.”
Genting first trialled the app back in 2016 before the wider rollout.
Genting Casinos MD Mark Sergeant said: “We’ve recently deployed SlotGuru in a number of our sites and have seen the benefit it brings our players.
