GeoComply appoints operations manager for North America
Lindsay Kininmonth leaves GLI subsidiary TST for role with geolocation solutions provider
Geolocation GeoComply Ltd has appointed Lindsay Kininmonth as operations manager for North America.
Kininmonth joins the company from TST, a Gaming Laboratories International subsidiary, and will work with regulators, suppliers and operators in the US egaming sector. The appointment follows the Department of Justice’s clarification that the Wire Act does not affect online poker and non-egaming sports, announced in December.
GeoComply was formed in H2 2011 by US online gambling, compliance and testing specialists to offer geolocation services to egaming and broadcasting companies.
Commenting on her appointment, Kininmonth said: “I am thrilled to take this opportunity with GeoComply at this time, just as the US intrastate igaming market is opening up.”
