GiG inks Volt open banking partnership
Malta-headquartered firm taps into fast payment technology
Gaming Innovation Group (GiG) has secured an agreement with open banking solutions provider Volt to bring payment solutions to its customers.
Via the partnership and through a single source of integration, GiG’s B2B partners will be afforded access to Volt’s faster payment options across several markets.
Volt’s switch and smart routing technology is connected to the strongest network providers in Europe.
Open banking falls under the PSD2 framework that aims to modernise the banking landscape and reduce entry barriers to financial services by utilising API’s to initiate payments and access banking data.
