GIG sharpens CRM with Enteractive reactivation solution
Operator aims to convert churned players using supplier’s unique one-to-one phone calling system

Gaming Innovation Group (GIG) has partnered with CRM solution provider Enteractive in an effort to reactivate its churned players.
GIG brands SuperLenny, Thrills and Kaboo sites will adopt Enteractive’s service which uses one-to-one phone calls to convert registered, non-depositing players to active users.
Enteractive says its system can also flag up potentially vulnerable players allowing operators to handle them quickly.
Remy Hordan, head of central CRM at GIG, said: “Since working alongside Enteractive, we’ve already seen a significant increase in the number of churned players becoming active again and using our products.
“As well as improving our customer engagement with players to better understand their gaming experience, the service is also an invaluable tool in flagging vulnerable users and aiding us in our responsible gaming efforts.”
Enteractive CEO Mikael Hansson added: “Our service will enable GIG to significantly improve its bottom-line results by reactivating those lost users and helping them find their way back to GIG’s impressive portfolio of gaming sites.”
The operator’s cloud platform joined Lottoland and Superbet in recently integrating Optimove’s marketing solution to help boost customer conversions, engagement, loyalty and lifetime value.
Elsewhere, the Oslo-listed firm reported a 112% rise in Q3 revenues to €30.8m following “growth across all segments”, earlier in the month.
