GiG to power Alpha Affiliates B2C casino launch
MGA-licensed affiliate programme eyes B2C brand launch after striking platform partnership with GiG

09/06/2020

Gaming Innovation Group (GiG) has sealed a long-term agreement with Alpha Affiliates’ parent company, GS Technologies, to power its new B2C casino brand.
GS Technologies powers the Alpha Affiliate programme and is expected to launch a new casino site by the end of 2020 with its licence from the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA).
The agreement is based on GiG’s new fixed-fee model and will last for three years initially, with the option for an additional two plus one-year extension.
The casino will run on GiG’s platform and front-end development technology.
Alpha Affiliates CEO Nick Prokofev said: “GiG is known in the industry as a reliable and trustful company.
“We are pleased to start one more successful project with such partner and believe that joining our efforts we can create many new successful and interesting brands.
“We are looking forward for long lasting and mutually beneficial partnership,” he added.
GiG CEO Richard Brown spoke to EGR Intel this week about divesting his own company’s B2C assets in favour of providing a B2B ‘software as a service’ model.
On the deal, he said: “Alpha Affiliates has been a successful operator in the business over many years, and I am delighted that they have chosen our platform and front-end technology for their new Malta-based casino brand.
“We are looking forward to a long-term relationship with our new partner,” he added.
