GiG to power Hard Rock New Jersey sportsbook
GiG director of sports Endre Nesset calls agreement a “breakthrough moment and proof of concept”

Gaming Innovation Group (GiG) has announced an agreement to provide its omni-channel sportsbook platform to the recently opened Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City in New Jersey.
GiG already supplies the online casino platform for the Hard Rock in New Jersey, and won a competitive RFP process for the sportsbook deal.
The two partners this morning announced a Letter of Intent to execute a formal agreement and launch the sportsbook in Q4 2018.
GiG director of sports Endre Nesset said the deal was a “breakthrough moment and proof of concept for GiG Sports, only three months after launch”.
The platform was recently licensed in the UK, with GiG’s Rizk brand being the first to utilise it.
The deal also marks the second external operator to take the sports platform after Mr Green’s 11.lv bet.
We are delighted that Hard Rock International believe in our Sports product as much as we do and look forward to this partnership! https://t.co/XXbSlBMIRm pic.twitter.com/492zTKptNP

GiG CEO Robin Reed said earlier this year the firm would be willing to stand by its prices and be confident in its limits.
Hard Rock has sponsorship deals in place with the NFL’s Miami Dolphins, meaning it cannot run its own books, even if it wanted to.
