
IG Group aims to improve targeted marketing with Featurespace deal
Marketing analytics company to supply Marketing Insight solution to spread-betting operator.

Spread betting operator IG Group has signed a deal with marketing analytics company Featurespace in a bid to develop the operator’s relationship management processes.
IG Group will use Featurespace’s Marketing Insight solution, which helps companies build profiles of customers and monitor levels of customer interaction. It will allow the operator to develop a more effective targeted marketing strategy and refine its customer communications.
Commenting on the deal, Featurespace CEO David Excell said: “It further highlights that companies are looking for a product that offers an accurate, real-time prediction of customers’ intentions, allowing them to interact with those customers in a way that not only drives business but sets them apart from their competitors.”
