Intralot records second successive year of revenue growth
Chief executive hails significant business developments in Greece and further afield.

Intralot has seen revenues grow for a second successive year, the operator has revealed in its results for the year ended 31 December.
Group chief executive Constantinos Antonopoulos hailed the company’s “significant business developments” after revenues rose 14.3% year-on-year to 1.37bn and 7.9% year-on-year in the fourth quarter.
While online revenues from the operator’s Intralot Interactive business have not been detailed, the period saw Intralot’s Italian business become one of the first companies to offer dot.it slots, while the operator launched its social gaming suite with Lazyland in November.
Furthermore, a consortium including Intralot – and also including OPAP – was chosen to manage the Greek lottery for a 12-year period.
More recently Intralot launched a US-facing freeplay egaming site, as well as rolling out a mobile platform for its Peruvian business Intralot de Peru.
Antonopoulos said: “We will continue to work hard in the next years to develop further the Company based on this proven business model, as numerous opportunities but also challenges are expected to arise in the global gaming market.”
