Jackpotjoy agrees favourable 10-year service deal with Gaming Realms
Decade-long content agreement with Gaming Realms will see the online bingo operator become less dependent on Gamesys

Jackpotjoy (JPJ) has entered into a 10-year service agreement with Gaming Realms, which will see the games supplier provide the online bingo operator with a range of real-money content and services on favoured terms.
As part of the decade-long deal, JPJ will get original content from Gaming Realms’ Slingo offering and the two firms have also agreed on the launch of JackpotHappy.com, a white label bingo site powered by the Gaming Realms propriety platform.
The Jackpotjoy Group has also entered into a secured convertible loan agreement with Gaming Realms totalling £3.5m.
Industry analyst Paul Leyland of Regulus Partners said of the agreement: “We see this as an attractive deal for JPJ on three levels.
“First, it provides another route into proven differentiated content on attractive commercial terms.
“Second, it creates a relationship with an infrastructure provider, spreading the risk from Gamesys, upon which JPJ is currently largely dependent.
“Third, JPJ has effectively exploited GR’s financial over-reach to lock-in an operationally relatively successful business on very attractive terms.”
