Jez San launches blockchain casino platform FunFair
PKR founder says system offers unparalleled fairness and player protection using smart contract technology

The founder of the now defunct PKR, Jez San, has launched a blockchain-built casino platform that he pledged is “the future of gaming”.
FunFair is built on the Ethereum blockchain using smart contracts that will enable operators to integrate the casino platform via a simple webpage link.
Speaking to EGR Intel, San said the platform’s steadily growing suite of games offers unparalleled fairness and player protection.
“What we’ve done is different, the player never makes a deposit, but instead plays from their own wallet. This system allows players to bet without risking their funds if a site goes under,” he added.
Additionally, a completely decentralised RNG allows all interested parties to track a player’s wins and losses.
“The affiliates will love it because they never trust the casinos or believe they are being paid fairly for the traffic they send, but now they can see every game and hand that the player has played,” San added.
Cryptocurrency casinos have yet to generate traction among mainstream operators because they lack governmental regulation.
However, San is certain his system will appeal to major providers when leading gaming jurisdictions like Malta, Gibraltar and Isle of Man implement regulatory frameworks for blockchain.
Although still in a prototype stage the platform will be presented to operators later this year.
“This is a big project, especially because we have to build the technology and a suite of games to prove that it works.
“The thinking is very different and the benefits to the player are huge, so we think this is one of the futures of gaming.”
