KaFe Rocks recruits new head of people from Catena Media
Cordelia Morgan-Cooper makes the short switch across Malta after helping to hire nearly 500 employees across multiple locations in three years at Catena
KaFe Rocks has hired Catena Media’s Cordelia Morgan-Cooper in the newly created role of head of people.
Morgan-Cooper spent more than three years with Catena Media after joining the affiliate in October 2019 as a talent acquisition manager, before being promoted to talent acquisition team leader.
At Catena, she helped to hire nearly 500 employees across multiple locations.
Taking up a brand-new role at KaFe Rocks, Morgan-Cooper’s head of people position will also take over the responsibilities of the job formerly known as head of HR.
To support the reshuffle, the company has created two further new roles in people experience manager and a learning and development specialist.
According to the affiliate, the new-look team will continue to work on recruitment and general people matters, as well as strengthening its focus on company-wide people-experience initiatives.
Additionally, the department will seek to drive the company’s culture through learning and development initiatives.
