Kambi makes Bulgaria entry with National Lottery AD launch
Platform provider extends regulated market reach as lottery operator completes integration of sportsbook product

Kambi has gone live in Bulgaria for the first time after local operator National Lottery AD completed the integration of its sportsbook platform.
National Lottery AD decided to change sportsbook providers to further its position in Bulgaria’s domestic regulated market and the operator agreed a deal with Kambi in July.
The Kambi-powered sportsbook has been launched as part of National Lottery AD’s online brand, 7777, where sports betting has been added to gaming and lottery products.
“National Lottery AD is a major player in the local Bulgarian market so we are very pleased to have launched our sportsbook alongside its popular 7777 brand,” said Kambi CCO Max Meltzer.

“There is always an element of risk associated with the migration of players, so the fact National Lottery AD switched to Kambi at this time illustrates their faith in our sportsbook product.”
National Lottery AD has a customer database of more than two million and is fully licensed and regulated by Bulgaria’s State Commission on Gambling.
“We have the firm intention to become the number one destination for sports bettors in Bulgaria,” said a National Lottery AD spokesperson.
“It was clear to us that Kambi was the best sportsbook to support us in achieving this goal,” they added.
