Kambi nets sportsbook deal with Latvian national lottery
Supplier will provide its sportsbook solution to Latvian Loto, with a launch planned for later this year

Kambi has struck a deal with SJSC Latvijas Loto (Latvian Loto) which will see the Stockholm-listed supplier provide its online sportsbook solution to the national lottery operator.
The deal, which is the provider’s first with a public lottery, will enable Latvijas Loto to integrate Kambi’s fully managed digital sportsbook into its player management platform.
Kambi said it was a “long-term agreement” but did not specify how exactly long the deal will last.
Kristian Nylen, Kambi CEO, said the company’s commitment to compliance and corporate probity were key reasons for successfully completing the deal.
“To meet the standards required by Latvijas Loto, Kambi had to demonstrate the highest levels of compliance and security, as well as showcase a market-leading sports betting product,” he said.
“Having proven ourselves to be the secure and quality choice, we’re delighted Latvijas Loto has selected Kambi as its Sportsbook supplier and we look forward to building a strong and lasting partnership.”
Latvijas Loto is expected to launch its sportsbook later this year.
Jānis Pone, Latvijas Loto member of the board, added: “With this deal, the Latvian national lottery company expands its product portfolio with sports betting games, offering quality products for playing in a legal and controlled way and also shifting profits to the public interest.”
