Henrik Tjärnström pledges to hire 250 employees in the Stockholm-listed operator’s brand new Urban Escape office

Kindred Group has moved into its new state-of-the art office building in Stockholm amid a pledge to hire 250 new employees.
The Stockholm-listed firm this week opened the new-look premises at AMF Real Estate in the Urban Escape offices, located in the centre of Sweden’s capital city.
Kindred has taken up two floors and 7,000 sqm on Regeringsgatan 29, working alongside tech giants including Microsoft, EQT and Netlight.
Kindred Group CEO Henrik Tjärnström reiterated the operator’s ambition to double the number of Stockholm-based employees in the coming years.
“It is very exciting to finally move into new premises in the middle of Stockholm where we can continue to grow at a fast pace,” said Tjärnström.
“Since the birth of Kindred more than 20 years ago, it has been important for us to create a work environment that reflects our culture and our values,” he added.
Plans for the new office space were announced in November 2017 after Kindred promised to find space for the 1,500 people it employs worldwide.
Tjärnström said: “We are in an expansive phase right now and the new premises will allow us to grow rapidly.
“Several hundred new employees will be recruited to the Stockholm office in order for Kindred to secure its position as a digital gambling company at the forefront of technology development and sustainability.”
Kindred currently has major offices in Stockholm, London and Malta, as well as key hubs in Paris, Sydney and Madrid.
