Ladbrokes boosts social media presence with online football channel sponsorship
Deal with Ball Street Network includes football talk show and Youtube ads on Arsenal Fan TV and Redmen TV

Ladbrokes has launched a partnership with online football channel Ball Street Network for the 2017-18 season to ramp up its social media presence.
The sponsorship will extend to the network’s Arsenal Fan TV and Redmen TV Youtube channels.
The Ladbrokes #FanFriday show will bring together fan-media personalities to preview the weekend’s big games.
Arsenal Fan TV has experienced exponential growth in recent seasons with views in excess of 20m per month on the Ball Street Network channel.
The channel has amassed nearly 500k subscribers on YouTube and 200k followers on Twitter.
Ladbrokes Coral head of social Elliot Hackney said: “Fan media is an unstoppable force that continues to grow and grow.
“We are now seeing it become much more trusted and genuine than traditional media as it’s by fans, for fans.
“Ladbrokes are proud to sponsor the fan channels that pour so much of their time and energy into following their club and producing content around it.”
Ball Street co-founder Matt Wilson added: “It’s taken a lot of hard work to get to this point but the numbers that we drive now are making us hard for brands to ignore.”
