Ex-William Hill gaming execs launch new slots development house
Former William Hill gaming execs, James Curwen and William Mathieson, have teamed up to launch a new online slots and table games development house, EGR Intel can reveal.
The two gaming stalwarts, who both left Hills earlier this year, recently joined forces to start their new Golden Rock Studios (GRS) venture, backed financially by Curwen’s new employer, Superbet.
The operator is also in line to benefit from preferential commercial deals on all content developed by GRS, which currently has creative and design teams based in Gibraltar and the UK.
Gaming Innovation Group launches new online casino
Gaming Innovation Group’s (GIG) has launched a new Nordic-facing online casino website, Highroller.com, which is performing “ahead of expectations” a week into launch according to the provider.
Highroller.com is described as a “fully immersive casino experience which hopes to disrupt the world of online gaming” and the site has amassed more than 3,000 first time depositors (FTDs) since it went live on 27 November.
Nairabet chooses Betgenius for in-play trading service
Nigerian sports betting brand Nairabet has chosen Betgenius as its primary in-play trading partner, the two firms announced have announced.

Coral targets ‘acca backers’ with new bet filters
Coral has launched a new bet filter function for its retail companion app that aims to help punters build their football accumulators.
The so-called Football Bet Filter will be added to Coral Connect this week, and will let punters search for acca legs through a variety of filters, including: teams playing at home, high-scoring teams, mean defences or teams playing in specific divisions.
