A round-up of the latest launches and sign-ups in the egaming industry including NetEnt and CORE Gaming

NetEnt has signed its fifth New Jersey deal after reaching an agreement to supply Tropicana and platform partner Gamesys with its portfolio of desktop and mobile games.
The games will be made available on TropicanaCasino.com as well as Gamesys’ VirginCasino.com site, with the supplier already having deals in place with the likes of Golden Nugget and Resorts Casino.
NetEnt said it had applied to the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement to launch the games under a transactional waiver while its full license is in review.
Tropicana VP of online and internet marketing Luisa Woods said the operator was “delighted” to be able to offer NetEnt games to its players.
HTML5 software supplier CORE Gaming and digital land-based solutions provider Storm Games have agreed a long-term software supply contract.
Under the terms of the deal, Storm Games will gain access to CORE’s online software portfolio and reproduce it for the land-based sector.
“Storm, CORE and retailers are keen for an omni-channel approach with successful gaming content,” Richard Sheldon, managing director of Storm Games Limited, said.
“This agreement means that CORE’s content will now be made available in all sectors of land-based gaming,” he added.
Swedish table game and slots supplier Play’n GO has launched a new Christmas-themed game in time for the festive season.
The multi-channel three-reel slot was released simultaneously on mobile and flash and features high-definition animation.
“Xmas Joker is the perfect slot for the holiday season as the nights draw in and the snow begins to fall,” Martin Zettergren, chief operating officer of Play’n GO, said.
“We’re confident its superb graphics, sounds, and animation will fill the stockings of our clients and their players alike,” he continued.
SNAI has launched a new live streaming betting app with integrated streaming content as the operator looks to expand into the growing wearables channel.
The app, which is provided by NYX Gaming Group company Game360, was developed in partnership with Betradar and features fully embedded live streaming and a new “fast bet” feature, with smartwatches seen as a key channel for the product.
“The SNAI Sport app is the first of a variety of mobile products that we plan to release in the coming months,” SNAI’s head of online Alessandro Allara said.
“Through our partnership with Game360, our goal of becoming a new landmark in the mobile segment is a reality. We look forward to extending this new offering in the future,” he added.
Mad About Bingo founder Andy Edwards has launched his latest B2C online casino brand PlayCasinoGames.com in partnership with white label solution provider ProgressPlay.
The new site was unveiled on 16 November with over 300 games and further plans to add NetEnt games to the site in the New Year, as well as a new affiliate programme in April 2016.
“By partnering with ProgressPlay we are able to offer another site with a huge range of popular game titles,” Edwards said.
“Also the Maltese license enables us to target a lot of different countries which until now we have never done before as we were always stuck to the UK market.”
The recently formed DraftDay Gaming Group has struck a deal to supply daily fantasy sports (DFS) operator SportsTradex.com with its B2B platform.
SportsTradex was formed in 2012 and offers alternative DFS contests to the popular salary cap model, including ‘pick’em games’ and tiered draft formats.
The partnership will see SportsTradex switch to the DraftDay platform by game-time next weekend, with players who transfer their funds offered a 100% matching bonus up to $500.
SportsTradex said it had chosen to partner with DraftDay because it offered similar ‘pick’em’ style games, and because of its approach to player security and licensing.
New York Senator Michael Ranzenhofer has introduced legislation seeking to classify daily fantasy sports (DFS) as a game of skill just days after the state’s attorney general ruled the activity was “illegal gambling”.
The bill, SB6092, aims to clarify certain games of skill such as DFS that meet specific criteria are not games of chance and are therefore legal under New York gaming law.
The bill uses the same language as the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act, which classifies DFS as a game of skill and making it legal in the majority of US states.
