A round-up of the latest launches and deals in the egaming industry, including Net Entertainment and Williams Interactive

Online casino provider Net Entertainment has unveiled two new slots games Lost Island and Piggy Riches Touch.
Piggy Riches is a 5-reel, 15-line slot featuring scatter wins, free spins and wild substitutions. Both games have been added to the company’s growing Touch portfolio.
“Players are in for a real treat with these two releases that combine all our hallmark features to help stand us out from the crowd,” Simon Hammon, chief product officer at NetEnt, said.

Games supplier Yggdrasil Gaming has announced the launch of its latest slots title Magic Mushrooms.
The fantasy world-themed game includes 40 paylines, 20 from the lest and 20 from the right, and features a number of in-house created characters and music from specialist sounds artists.
“There are plenty of slots out there based on aliens and zombies but this is the first that uses spreading and multiplying wild Magic Mushrooms,” Fredrik Elmqvist, chief executive of Yggdrasil Gaming, said.
“This game is unique in every way, from the reel structure and the characters we’ve created to the sounds and music we’ve encapsulated,” he added.
Williams Interactive has launched in Pennsylvania after signing a freeplay deal to supply the the Parx Casino with its Play4Fun Network.
It is the second freeplay deal signed by Parx Casino this week, after it revealed it had joined forces with GameAccount Network for its simulated gaming platform.
Parx players logging on to the Play4Fun Network will be able to access games such as Super Jackpot Party and Black Knight across desktop, tablet and mobile.
Odobo‘s game development studio Wild Game Reserve (WGR) has announced the launch of its first in-house slot game The Oddventurers via the Odobo Marketplace.
The Oddventurers: Quest for the Bird Pay is a 5X3 HTML5 slot game based around a safari adventure theme and features 25 paylines, a multiplier wild, free spins and a number of interactive bonus games.
“Our first in-house production slot game has been designed to combine the most effective features of social, casual and AAA gaming with the best practices essential for real-money gaming,” Mark McGinley, WGR studio manager, said.
“By having our own in-house studio we are able to experience the developer journey first hand and feedback to the wider Odobo team in order to continually improve the Developer Program for other approved studios,” he added.
PartyPoker has launched an innovative new poker app for iPhone based around a patent pending swipe-based user interface as the operator looks to boost its stagnating poker revenues.
Fastforward: special edition launched this week and enables players to play on their iPhones one-handed by using gestures as shortcuts to fulfil certain in-game actions.
Players can swipe across their playing cards to fold, drag and place chips to bet or raise, increase or decrease the chip value using a slider at the bottom of the screen and check by tapping on the handset twice.
BetVictor has re-launched its BetVictor Darts betting app to coincide with this year’s World Matchplay darts tournament, which the bookmaker sponsors with a range of second screen features.
The app has been redesigned for iOS7 and has been updated to include a new data visualisation page which shows users precisely where on the dart board players are hitting.
The live screen displays a dart board which is update in real-time, while a stats page is also updated live so that bettors can add keep up with three-dart averages and check-out percentages from each player.
GameAccount Network has signed a deal to supply the Parx Casino in Pennsylvania with its freeplay platform, which is expected to launch before the end of the year.
The UK-based platform and content supplier’s simulated gaming platform has been designed to allow land-based operators in regulated and unregulated states to get a foothold in the US egaming market.
The product combines the company’s real-money internet gaming technology platform, casino gaming content, and the land-based casino operator’s brand.
TVG has extended its agreement with The New York Racing Association (NYRA) to broadcast, stream, and accept wagers on live horse races from the association’s Aqueduct Racetrack, Belmont Park, and Saratoga Racecourse.
Under the agreement TVG, a subsidiary of UK-based Betfair, will increase its number of High Definition (HD) broadcasts of races from the NYRA, which are viewed nationally by more than 36 million people as well as being live-streamed on the TVG website and newly- launched iOS mobile application.
The multi-year deal will also see TVG expand its sponsorship activities to include the TVG Diana from Saratoga Racecourse and the Super Saturday Card.
Mobile casino operator Fruity King has announced a new partnership with Excel Affiliates which will launch and oversee its new affiliate programme.
Fruity King is powered by GTECH subsidiary Probability and features bingo and HD blackjack and roulette games.
“Fruity King is dedicated to providing the best mobile gaming experience to its players. With a wide variety of games and some of the best promotions, players will be entertained for hours,” a spokesperson for Fruity King said.
Excel Affiliates was launched earlier this year and runs affiliate programmes for a number of egaming brands including Winneroo Games, Hippozino, Conquer Casino and Vegas Mobile Casino.
The Kentucky Lottery Corporation has made the first tentative steps towards launching an online gaming platform, despite the state historically taking an anti-online gambling stance.
In a request for proposals (RFP) the lottery said it was looking for a company to supply an interactive platform, game content, and related services.
The lottery said it wanted to increase gross lottery sales and profitability through a “robust iLottery system with game content which will appeal to existing players and attract new players by utilizing innovative product channels”.
RealNetworks’ social gaming division GameHouse is set to release Slingo Adventure, the technology company’s first app under the brand since its acquisition of Slingo last year.
Slingo Adventure is currently in invite-only beta on Facebook ahead of a late summer launch, and is slated for a mobile release on iOS and Android in the autumn.
GameHouse has been working on the new game since Slingo was acquired by RealNetworks last August for US$15.6m and is set to feature previous Slingo characters and gameplay.
