LeoVegas to introduce RG live-chat service in UK
Operator partners with UK charity Gambling Therapy to launch new service

LeoVegas has confirmed it will launch a new live chat service within its LeoSafePlay responsible gambling platform.
The service, which aims to offer immediate live help to customers looking for support in managing their gambling, is in partnership with gambling related-harm support charity Gambling Therapy.
It will be initially offered during a three-month trial period, with a full evaluation to be conducted later this year.
The concept, which was developed by LeoVegas’s RocketX subsidiary last year, has led to the development of 12 different chat portals for LeoVegas sites including LeoVegas, Pink Casino BetUK.com and Slotto.
In addition, Gambling Therapy has provided bespoke training sessions to UK staff to help them identify and support at-risk gamblers.
Rob Mabbett, Gambling Therapy manager at the Gordon Moody association, hailed the new link with LeoLine, saying it would reduce the friction preventing players from receiving help for their gambling.
“This is a fantastic initiative and it has been a pleasure working with the team at Rocket X, they are dynamic, forward thinking and passionate about responsible gambling and player protection,” Mabbett added.
Mark Good, RocketX CEO, said the partnership was central to the company’s aim of putting safer gambling at the core of its corporate culture.
“This innovative idea from within our own team has developed into a working solution, and we are proud to be working with Gambling Therapy to deliver and share our findings with the wider industry,” Good added.
