Matchbook launches zero margin and commission product
Matchbook Zero added to betting exchange operator’s arsenal as it eyes UX gains

Matchbook has launched a new zero margin and zero commission product it claims will “revolutionise” sports betting.
Matchbook Zero will remove both margin and commission, while keeping backing and laying prices equal, to allow customers to get better value for their bets.
The product will launch initially on all major football and horseracing markets, with plans to add further sports in the future.
Customers will be able to place one bet of up to £20 in value per event on the new platform.
Malcolm Graham, Matchbook CEO, said the move to launch the product was centred around delivering the best possible experience for customers.
“We are excited to launch Matchbook Zero, which we believe will revolutionise the way customers bet on sports,” Graham said.
“By offering a zero margin and zero commission product, we are providing a completely transparent betting experience that is fair to customers.
“This is the future of sports betting, and we are proud to be at the forefront of this change,” he added.
