Mirage Games to offer first licensed dot.be mobile games
B+ licensee says deal with Finnish software provider Finnplay represents a "key differentiator" for the company.

Belgian egaming licensee Mirage Games is set to become the first operator in the EU country to offer mobile games, after signing a platform deal with Finnplay.
The Finnish provider will supply Mirage – which offers dice games, video poker and roulette on its miragegames.be site via a B+ dot.be licence held by Pavaber SA – with a mobile platform compatible with all major devices including Apple and Android.
Mirage Games CEO Raymond Vanhoenacker said: “We will be the first legal operator offering mobile games to the Belgian players which is a key differentiator for us.”
“We are delighted to be working with Finnplay, whose Finnish heritage and gaming expertise is synonymous with quality, advanced technology and business integrity,” added Vanhoenacker, who has been involved in the gaming industry – including with arcade games – since 1956.
Other A+ licensees such as PokerStars offer mobile poker to Belgian players, however Mirage Games is the first to do so for the games it plans to offer. It will undergo a staggered roll-out, with dice games the first to go live in the coming weeks.
Finnplay CEO Martin Prantner (pictured) said: “This is a very exciting time for Finnplay to be working with Mirage Games in the recently regulated Belgian Market and we are delighted that their business has selected to use our gaming platform.
He added that the platform “Will enable Mirage to deliver superior products and services and respond rapidly to local market requirements as well as allowing integration into various third-party best of breed game verticals.”
