Mr Green adds behaviour-triggered interventions to Green Gaming tool
Operator targets increased risk awareness and balanced gambling behaviour

Online gaming operator Mr Green has announced the addition of new features to its Green Gaming tool, aiming to support a balanced gaming approach and increase risk-awareness of gambling amongst players.
New features include behavioural interventions and individualised push notifications to support balanced gaming.
The new automated communications are based on individual player data and utilise machine learning and artificial intelligence.
Using these communications, Mr Green can then provide players with customised offers and communications based on their individual risk behaviour.
Patrick Jonker, Mr Green CEO and MD of William Hill International, said consumer satisfaction was “the best currency” to measure the success of Mr Green.
“After two years with the Green Gaming predictive tool, we see that our satisfaction index constantly increases at the same time as smarter and individual responsible gaming measures have been introduced,” Jonker added.
The tool was developed together with Sustainable Interaction, a company based in Lund, Sweden, which specializes in developing digital products and diagnostic tools for responsible gaming and psychosocial health.
Mr Green this week won the award for Innovation in compliance and responsible gambling for its Green Gaming tools at the EGR Marketing & Innovation Awards.
In April, the Swedish licensed operator launched its Personal Jackpots product for its VIP casino players in Sweden.
This allows members of Mr Green’s Club Royale VIP casino club to follow their own jackpots building up with a new-look widget under their My Account section, as well as in-game.
