
Mr Green poaches Jackpot Joy marketing chief
Ella Hall becomes casino operator's first CMO.

Casino operator Mr Green has appointed Ella Hall as its first-ever chief marketing officer as part of the restructuring of the group into three divisions.
Hall joins the company from Gamesys where she served as head of marketing for the operator’s core bingo brand Jackpot Joy. Commenting on her appointment, she spoke of her desire to boost Mr Green’s growing profile in the sector: “Mr Green is an instantly likeable brand where the focus on the overall gaming experience and responsible gaming constitute major parts. A brand with those strong foundations offers unlimited opportunities,” she said.
Prior to joining Gamesys Hall held senior marketing positions at CNN, Eurosport and Time Warner, before working for Aviva Insurance and Lebara Mobile.
She becomes the latest senior appointment to be made by Mr Green over the past few months, after Karl Bjerke joined as COO from Nordic Gaming Group in September last year, while November saw Stina Reutercrona promoted to information director and Keld Knudsen hired as group CFO from Unibet.
Bjerke described Hall’s appointment as crucial to the company’s continuing growth: “Mr Green has been a fast growing success story and we have come a long way in a short time developing our brand, product and marketing to a great level.
“Ella Hall will play an essential role for us to be able to step up the game and further strengthen our position on the market. With her vast experience and marketing skills she will be the game changer needed to take the next step,” he explained.
