NetEnt launches reality TV ‘employer branding’ campaign
New eight-part series about employees’ mountaineering journey designed to ‘attract top talent to the supplier’

NetEnt has launched a new reality web-series documenting four employees climbing the European Alps, in an effort to showcase the company to potential employees.
“The eight-part web series aims to help cement NetEnt’s reputation as a leader and innovator in the tech sector, and position the supplier as a first choice for top talent in a highly competitive field,” a NetEnt statement explained.
The first of its kind in the industry, NetEnt CEO Per Eriksson said the show, called The Challenge, will offer greater access to outsiders than any company has previously provided.
“We are climbing this mountain to highlight and pay tribute to the metaphorical peaks that NetEnters scale every day. With The Challenge, we have created something completely new to tell our story as part of our strive to attract and retain the most talented and passionate individuals.”
The show forms part of a wider year-long marketing campaign that has been running internally for several months.
A company-wide nomination and screening process unveiled the mountaineering team, which Eriksson said reflected the company as a whole.
“We wanted a diverse team to ensure the climbers could help each other to the top thanks to a strong and complementary combination of skills and experience,” he added.
Each 10-minute episode will be aired across NetEnt’s social channels every Monday at 12pm CET.
