NetEnt takes aim at advantage players with live casino integrity deal
Fraud prevention software to be integrated with NetEnt live proprietary platform

NetEnt has agreed a new partnership with live dealer protection specialists Live Fraud Solutions (LFS) to protect the integrity of its live casino products.
Under the terms of the deal, LFS technology will be integrated into the NetEnt Live platform’s proprietary tools.
LFS provides mechanisms to detect so-called “advantage play”. These methods include card counting and tracking, roulette prediction, robot play and bonus abuse, as well as outright cheating, collusion and shuffle quality analysis.
While not illegal, advantage play is a common problem in both land-based and online casinos and players found to be engaging in such methods can be banned from continued play.
The deal forms part of an increased focus on equipment integrity, player behaviour analysis, integrity checks and improved risk credibility across the NetEnt Live portfolio.
Andres Rengifo, director of NetEnt Live, highlighted NetEnt’s commitment to the “highest levels of integrity” as the business aims to offer the safest and fairest live experience for its operator partners and players.
“This involves us constantly reviewing our offering and adding Live Fraud Solutions’ tools to NetEnt Live advances these capabilities to be the most robust possible,” Rengifo added.
In addition to integrating Live Fraud Solutions, NetEnt Live has also gone from six to eight decks on its Blackjack tables.
Toms Andersons, Live Fraud Solutions CEO, said the company was delighted to partner with a global industry leader.
“We look forward to working closely with the NetEnt Live team to deliver a product that achieves the maximum levels of integrity,” Andersons added.
