BetClic's challenge to a French decree will be heard by country's state council today .

Today will see BetClic’s challenge to a nine-month-old French commercial rights decree examined by the French state council, according to reports in Diagora Press. The decree, dating back to 7 June last year, relates to marketing rights concerning the organisation of games in connection to sporting events.
The Cypriot cabinet has approved draft legislation which would introduce a nationwide ban on all online gambling. The ban had been delayed since December, pending feedback from the European Commission, and now it has been approved by the cabinet it still needs legislative approval before it can pass into law.
