Spin3 is set to launch a new sportsbook app for the iPhone; Bodog will deal its billionth blackjack hand by the end of February.

Online gaming developer Spin3 is set to launch a new sportsbook app, which will be available on iPhones and other Apple mobile devices. Powered by Sports Betting Tech, the SpinSport app will be launched under the 10Bet brand when it makes its first appearance in the app store later this quarter. The white-label product will then be made available to existing sportsbooks looking to move into mobile. Matti Zinder, head of Spin3, described SpinSport as “the most advanced mobile sports betting solution available today.”
Bodog is expected to deal its billionth online blackjack hand before the end of February, and celebrate the milestone with a number of cash incentives for players, the company has said. A US$1,000 reward will be offered to anyone who plays one of the 21 ‘millionth milestone’ hands, while whoever plays the billionth hand will receive a trip to a private island in Fiji or to the 2011 Monaco Grand Prix.
Jadestone has signed a casino agreement with à land Islands monopoly operator Paf, extending an existing relationship between the duo dating back to 2006. Swedish developer Jadestone first teamed up with Paf to launch the GamArena network. The new agreement will offer Paf’s players a wide range of casino games, set to be rolled out throughout this year.
German lottery provider Tipp24 has announced record earnings for 2010. Consolidated revenues are expected to reach 104m – a growth of 15% on 2009. The figures have impressed executive board member Dr Hans Cornehl ahead of the company’s planned return to the German market this year after a three-year gap. He said: “The success of the past year once again demonstrates Tipp24’s ability to generate sustainable revenue and earnings growth – even in an environment marked by constant change.”
New Deal Gaming (NDG) has launched its new rake-based online card game In-Between, where players can bet on whether a certain card will be ‘in between’ two others. It joins multiplayer blackjack game Bluff21 in the developer’s stable of rake-based games. NDG has also announced it will be introducing a no-download version of its existing network, whereby a java applet will allow players to take part in games directly through its browser.
Mobile service provider Bet Tracker has appointed Robert Szmigiel as sales and marketing manager for Central and Latin America. Szmigiel has several years’ experience in the online gaming industry, and was most recently the director of marketing for Bethorizon.com.
