Odds On Compliance and U.S. Integrity move for MD to run joint venture
Compliance duo add former Colorado Division of Gaming lead Matt Heap to head up Secure Sports Solutions

Odds On Compliance and U.S. Integrity have named Matt Heap as the new managing director of the pair’s ProhiBet solution and Secure Sports Solutions joint venture.
ProhiBet has been designed to monitor compliance for prohibited customers via a decentralised platform.
A pilot programme of ProhiBet, which is set to launch, will involve regulators and operators to cross-monitor customers’ access to sports betting in the US.
Heap joins the firm after 10 months with GeoComply as a senior director.
Heap previously spent three years as the deputy director and chief of investigations of the Colorado Division of Gaming.
His transition to the industry came after a 28-year run in the Colorado Department of Revenue.
Speaking on his new role, Heap said: “I am excited to join USI and Odds On to launch ProhiBet and continue to develop cutting-edge solutions that enable the industry to offer safe and secure sports betting experiences to their customers. I look forward to collaborating with industry partners to deliver a successful offering.”
U.S. Integrity CEO Matt Holt and Odds On Compliance chief Eric Frank commented: “We are thrilled to have Matt on board as the new managing director for ProhiBet.
“His extensive experience in the sports betting industry and his proven track record of developing innovative solutions to protect against fraud and ensure the integrity of sports betting operations make him the ideal candidate for this role,” the pair added.
