Online casino start-up hires Jackpotjoy exec as CRM chief
LetsBet, the online casino started last year by former LeoVegas and NetEnt execs, adds Simon Levoyer to exec team

LetsBet, the online casino started last year by former LeoVegas and NetEnt execs, has hired Simon Levoyer as its new head of CRM.
Levoyer brings more than 10 years of CRM experience to the role from companies like Kindred, LVbet and most recently Jackpotjoy, where he was retention manager.
“It’s an absolute pleasure welcoming Simon Levoyer to LetsBet.com” said CEO and co-founder, Michael Pedersen.
“LetsBet has had a fantastic start and we continue to build momentum and grow our team as planned. Simon has a solid track record and truly understands what it takes to keep players engaged and coming back for more entertainment”.
LetsBet was launched in November last year on the Together Gaming platform from Bethard Group.
The site aims to offer more gamification and engagement with its customers, including the “world’s first online casino talk show, which players can enjoy daily while playing their favourite game”.
It is based around a secret agency theme, where the player joins as the new recruit and by completing assignments, fills a progress bar and moves up the ranks in the LetsBet Agency.
For every level completed, the player gets a spin on the Spy Spinner wheel, where extra rewards such as free spins and bonuses await.
Players can also join casino tournaments, called Missions, which run throughout the day.
“We have re-imagined the online casino experience to offer a livelier and social atmosphere, quite close to the feeling you have when entering a land-based casino with your friends,” Pedersen said. “It’s about doubling the entertainment value and having fun…together”.
