Paddy Power and Zynga win at CCMA Awards
Operators awarded at contact centre awards ceremony.
Zynga and Paddy Power have both commended at the annual Irish Contact Centre and Shared Services Awards, organised by the Contact Centre Management Association of Ireland.
Paddy Power won two prizes on the night, taking home best customer service delivery and best use of technology awards.
Meanwhile, social gaming site Zynga won the award for best small or growing contact or shared services centre for Zynga Game Ireland, the company’s only European office, and the second international office after Zynga India in Bangalore.
