
Parimatch boosts CRM capabilities with FAST TRACK deal
Partnership will see the online betting and gaming operator launch a real-time player engagement platform this summer


Parimatch has pledged to significantly improve its customer engagement strategy with the launch of a new CRM platform in partnership with technology provider FAST TRACK.
The deal will see the CIS-focused betting and gaming operator launch the new customisable platform in the coming months, which FAST TRACK said would allow Parimatch to control all player engagement in real-time.
“It is incredibly inspiring to be working with people who are already so far ahead of the crowd in their approach to data and automation,” FAST TRACK co-founder and CEO, Simon Lidzén, said.
“The Parimatch team have shown a deep understanding of what it means to create purposeful engagements by targeting players at the right moment, and now it is FAST TRACK’s job to support them in doing so.”

FAST TRACK is currently shortlisted for three awards at the upcoming EGR B2B Awards, including Acquisition and Retention Partner and White Label Partner.
Parimatch CMO Tamara Babits added: “With FAST TRACK CRM, we will have a CRM platform that matches our own way of working: data-led and forward-thinking.
“The platform will allow us to interact with our players via the best channels and in the right moment.”
A FAST TRACK representative told EGR Marketing there was currently no specific lanch date but that the platform would be live “this summer”.
Earlier this year Parimatch unveiled UFC fighter Conor McGregor as its new brand ambassador.
