Playtech secures Totalizator Sportowy online casino contract
Polish national lottery provider will integrate Playtech’s online casino platform, games portfolio and marketing services

Playtech today announced it has secured a contract with Totalizator Sportowy to supplier its online casino platform to the Polish national lottery provider.
The new deal follows a public tender process and will see Totalizator Sportowy integrate the London-listed supplier’s casino platform, games portfolio and marketing and consulting services.
According to Playtech, the agreement forms part of its strategy to partner with the leading land-based brands and institutions in newly regulated online markets.
“Totalizator Sportowy has been supplying lottery and gambling products for more than 60 years and is the largest operator in Poland,” Mor Weizer, CEO of Playtech, said.
“We are thrilled to have been selected as its new online casino partner and I’m delighted to be able to announce this agreement today.
“Given the scale and flexibility of our gaming platform, Playtech is the partner of choice for leading land-based operators that are best placed to lead the online growth of newly regulating online markets.”
Today’s news comes after Playtech recently announced an 18%cc annual rise in revenues to €807m, achieving double-digit growth despite a 2017 filled with “headwinds” for the software supplier.
Playtech’s share price was 781.40 on the London Stock Exchange at the time of writing.
