Italian operator Cogetech to integrate Microgaming-powered online slots through dedicated casino channel

Microgaming-powered Prima Networks has signed a deal with Cogetech to launch a new casino channel on the Italian operator’s dot.it site.
The deal increases Prima’s presence in the Italian market after it forged deals to supply online slots to 32Bed, Betway and NeoMobile last December.
The 30 Microgaming slot titles are now live on Cogetech’s online gaming platform iZiplay through Casino Pacific, a dedicated channel offering Microgaming-only content. Cogetech also has an existing deal in place with Probability for dot.it mobile casino content.
Thunderstruck II and Lara Croft: Tomb Raider are among the games provided across both the Flash and download platform which Cogetech CEO Fabio Schiavolin believes will prove a success with the firm’s customer base.
“Through this agreement with Prima Networks Limited, we are able to add Microgaming’s internationally recognised slots to our online casino,” Schiavolin said. “We are incredibly excited to launch Casino Pacific; we believe it will be hugely popular, not only to our existing player base but to new prospects also.”
The deal comes after Prima secured a joint public tender with Betware to provide Danish national lottery Danske Spil with a bingo and instant games offering. Director Loraine Schoevers believes the firm’s new slots offering will form the “perfect addition” to the iZiplay site.
