Probability signs US-facing licensing deal
Mobile operator will integrate Nevada-based video poker and slots content onto its platform

Probability has made further moves into the regulated US market through a content licensing and development agreement with Reno-based games supplier Spin Games.
Spin will supply a number of interactive gaming concepts and designs from its video poker and slots portfolio, and work with Probability to develop HTML5 variants of these titles on its operator’s mobile gaming platform and across its network.
Charles Cohen, CEO of the Gibraltar-licensed firm, praised Spin’s deep understanding of the “game genres and what players enjoy and look for in these formats”, adding this would allow the companies to create “world-class mobile gambling content with proven appeal”.
“Our initial focus is to add a portfolio of Spin Games’ innovative video poker formats to our platform which will put these games within reach of millions of consumers using thousands of different mobile devices,” he said.
Spin Games founder and chief executive Kent Young added he believed the partnership will be “extremely successful for both companies” with online gambling in the United States “a significant long-term opportunity”.
Cohen also pointed out the supplier’s “amazing pedigree” in the land-based casino market “particularly in the US and Asia”.
Probability began positioning itself for entry into the US market in February last year by applying for suitability approval and then agreeing a deal to take delivery of GeoComply’s player geolocation services five months later.
The mobile operator has also made significant advances in Europe, entering the Italian market after securing a licence in November last year, and posted its first quarterly profit in its results for the three months ending 31 March 2013.
