Quickspin announces the appointment of Panagiotis Chryssovitsanos as CEO
CEO and co-founder Daniel Lindberg steps down after 11 years with the game studio

Quickspin COO Panagiotis Chryssovitsanos has been promoted to CEO, replacing co-founder and CEO Daniel Lindberg who is staying on the board to help with the transition period.
Chryssovitsanos takes up the role as he approaches a decade with the Stockholm-headquartered slot developer.
He first joined Quickspin in 2013 as CTO before taking up his old role of COO in 2020.
Chryssovitsanos started his career in the video game industry as a game developer at the now-defunct Paradox Entertainment. His longest tenure in the video game industry was with Avalanche Studios, also based in Stockholm and most well-known for the Just Cause franchise.
Lindberg said: “I’m very pleased to announce that I’m handing over the role as CEO to Panagiotis Chryssovitsanos. Having been with Quickspin for nearly a decade and with his extensive knowledge of the company and the industry, Jotis is the perfect candidate.
“With his skills and expertise, I’m confident he’ll hit the ground running! I will stay on board for a while in a different role to support him during his transition from COO to CEO.
On his appointment, Chryssovitsanos commented: “It’s a great honour to be given this opportunity, and I’m humbled by the trust Daniel has put in me because he’s truly been living and breathing Quickspin for 11 years now.
“ I agree with Daniel on where we stand and what the future holds. Today, we’re a stronger and more knowledgeable company in every way.”
