Noel Rowse leaves bwin.party
Foxy Bingo co-founder leaves after more than a decade with the company but only one year as Cashcade MD.

Noel Rowse has resigned from his position as group director of bingo at bwin.party to spend more time with his family, with former managing director of PartyGaming marketing Golan Shaked stepping in as his replacement, eGR has learned.
Rowse departure was confirmed in October last year, but only departed recently, after a handover period was completed. He was promoted to managing director of Cashcade in January after former MD Patrick Southon and co-founder Simon Collins left to form investment fund New Game Capital. Following Cashcade parent company PartyGaming’s merger with bwin, Rowse was made group director of bingo.
Rowse spent 11 years at the bingo operator with his wife credited with the Foxy Bingo brand name. The company was acquired by PartyGaming for an initial consideration of £71.9m in 2009.
Shaked has been with PartyGaming since March 2010, joining as MD of Party’s marketing department in Israel.
