Rush Street Interactive crowned operator of the year at EGR North America Awards 2022
Illinois-headquartered operator continues hot 2021 form as it takes home three trophies in first in-person awards ceremony since 2019
Rush Street Interactive (RSI) was crowned operator of the year at the EGR North America Awards 2022 in a star-studded event in New York City.
RSI replaced last year’s US operating winner, FanDuel, at the first in-person EGR North America Awards since 2019 due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
RSI also retained its customer services operator and social gaming operator gongs from 2021 in a stellar night for the firm.
PointsBet was named sports betting operator of the year while BetMGM took home the casino operator of the year title.
NeoPollard Interactive and OpenBet were the only other firms to take home multiple titles on the night.
NeoPollard Interactive was named lottery supplier and acquisition and retention partner of the year, while OpenBet came out on top in both the sportsbook platform provider and full-service platform provider categories.
The ceremony, hosted at the Midtown Loft & Terrace, saw 25 awards handed out on the night across a series of categories, including two new accolades in the shape of employer of the year and diversity and inclusion model.
