Shortlist for eGR B2B Awards announced
Ceremony will be held at Wembley Stadium on Thursday May 10.

Microgaming leads the way in the nominations for this year’s eGaming Review B2B awards, with the Isle of Man-based software supplier up for a total of eight honours at the ceremony.
Micro is closely followed by rivals Playtech, nominated for seven trophies, with both firms fighting it out for a number of prizes in poker, bingo, slots and live casino categories. Hot on their heels is Sidan Media, a data and statistics supplier, that compiles end-of-season yearbooks for a number of high-profile sports clubs including Arsenal, Bolton Wanderers and London Wasps, collecting six nominations.
Sidan’s five nods puts it level with more established suppliers such as Net Entertainment, OpenBet and Dragonfish, while GTECH G2 has three.
In the hotly-contested rising star categories, a total of nine companies have been nominated for software rising star of the year, while seven have been shortlisted for the services equivalent. Software rising star nominees include a number of emerging social gaming suppliers such as Quickspin and Cozy Games, while companies with one eye on the US such as Gaming Edge Associates and GeoComply are included in the services category, reflecting the growth of social gaming and the move towards regulation in the States.
